General Conditions

1. All bonus offers provided by the Casino LuckyTwice UK are strictly limited to a single use per individual, household, residential address, email address, IP address, telephone number, player account, payment method or electronic device. This limitation applies to all deposit and no deposit bonuses, free spins, loyalty rewards and promotional offers. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple accounts created by the same player or accounts connected by shared details will be treated as a single account for the purpose of applying these rules.
2. Unless specifically restricted by country, all registered players may take part in promotional offers and bonus schemes. However, some promotions are subject to jurisdictional limitations and may not be available to residents of certain countries.
3. Bonuses are not available to players located in or citizens of Bulgaria, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus or Ukraine. If a player is a citizen of one of these countries but provides sufficient documentary evidence of permanent residency in a jurisdiction where bonuses are permitted, the player may still be eligible to receive offers. Documentation such as proof of address, tax certificates or utility bills may be required for verification, and the Casino reserves the right to void winnings if residency cannot be established beyond reasonable doubt.
4. The use of bonus offers must always be fair and in accordance with the intent of the promotion. Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. In cases where abuse is suspected, the Casino reserves the right to restrict or revoke a player’s eligibility for any bonus, cancel winnings obtained through misuse, and apply restrictions to the player’s account. Bonus abuse may include, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts, the use of collusion or software to gain an unfair advantage, or any intentional manipulation of bonus mechanics.
5. Players are prohibited from employing strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms. If the Casino determines that betting patterns or account behavior demonstrate deliberate attempts to derive undue financial gain from bonus advantages, all winnings may be forfeited. Examples of prohibited strategies include switching between games with differing wagering contributions solely to maximize completion speed, using betting systems such as Martingale or D’Alembert to minimize risk, reducing stake size significantly after a high win, placing simultaneous bets on both outcomes of games like roulette, using in-game features such as double-up or gamble options to hedge, consistently staking on high RTP titles to offset wagering costs, manipulating free spins or bonus rounds for disproportionate advantage, or displaying betting activity that mimics automated or software-based play.
6. All promotions and bonus allocations are recorded and applied according to UTC time. Any discrepancies regarding time of receipt, wagering period or expiry will be settled based on this reference.
7. Unless otherwise indicated in specific promotional rules, every bonus is subject to limitations relating to minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, maximum bet size during wagering, and expiry time. Players should carefully read the terms of each individual offer to ensure compliance.
8. Standard wagering requirements apply unless explicitly modified. Unless stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses, free spins and related winnings must be wagered forty times before they become withdrawable. The validity period for completing wagering is seven days from the time the bonus funds or free spins winnings are credited to the player’s account. If wagering is not completed within the allotted time, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account.
9. Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots contribute one hundred percent of the bet amount, except where specific titles are restricted. Roulette contributes twenty-five percent, card games including blackjack and baccarat contribute ten percent, and all other game categories contribute zero percent. Certain games may also be restricted entirely from bonus play, and a complete list of such games is maintained in the section on Forbidden Bonus Games. Players who attempt to use restricted games while wagering a bonus may have their bonus funds and winnings voided.
10. While completing wagering requirements, the maximum permitted bet is five euros or equivalent in another supported currency. This rule applies to all wagers placed during the bonus period, whether in standard play or bonus rounds, and includes bonus buy features and doubling after completed rounds. For cryptocurrency users, the maximum equivalent bet is calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate to the euro at the time of play. Any breach of this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of winnings.
11. Winnings obtained from bonuses are only eligible for withdrawal once the wagering conditions are satisfied in full. Withdrawals requested prior to completing wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all related winnings.
12. The sequence of play is structured so that real money funds are used first, followed by bonus funds. If bonus money is lost, the associated bonus is also deemed lost. At the end of the bonus validity period, if wagering requirements remain incomplete, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will expire. Players may request withdrawal of deposited funds prior to fulfilling wagering requirements, in which case any active bonuses and winnings will be void. Bonuses may also be voluntarily cancelled by the player at any time without loss of deposited funds.
13. Bonuses are automatically voided when the balance tied to a bonus falls below 0.05 EUR or its equivalent in other currencies or cryptocurrencies, such as 0.000001 BTC. This rule applies only to balances that include bonus funds and does not affect independent deposits or other promotional credits not linked to the bonus in question.
14. Only one bonus may be active on a player account at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions unless expressly permitted in specific promotional terms. Players retain the right to refuse any bonus prior to activation.
15. Delaying game rounds or bonus features for the purpose of activating them at a later time when wagering requirements no longer apply is prohibited. Similarly, making new deposits while holding pending free spins or bonus features is not permitted. Such behavior may result in winnings being declared void following review.
16. When wagering with bonus funds, all withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures. The Casino reserves the right to require players to submit documents to confirm personal identity, payment methods and transaction history prior to processing withdrawals linked to bonus play.
17. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, winnings from deposit bonuses are capped at a maximum of five thousand EUR or equivalent. Any amount exceeding this cap may be forfeited. Cryptocurrency winnings are capped based on equivalent value in EUR at the time of processing.
18. The use of bonus funds to progress through game stages for the sole purpose of later completing final stages with real money bets is prohibited. For example, collecting a near-complete set of symbols or tokens using bonus funds and then finishing the final stage with cash play to trigger large payouts will result in winnings being voided.
19. The Casino reserves the right to revoke bonuses, cancel winnings and confiscate funds where bonuses are obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules. This right applies retroactively if evidence of abuse is discovered after a bonus has been redeemed.

Promotions and Rewards

1. All promotional and bonus offers are issued in euros, which serves as the base currency of the Casino. For fiat conversions, the following standard applies: one euro equals one US dollar, one Canadian dollar or one Australian dollar. For cryptocurrencies, minimum and maximum values are calculated against the equivalent in euros at the time of play or withdrawal using average exchange rates.
2. The Casino operates a comp points and loyalty system. Players earn one redeemable point and one status point for every twenty euros wagered with real money. Contribution rates vary by game: slots contribute one hundred percent, roulette twenty-five percent and card games such as blackjack and baccarat ten percent. Points can be accumulated and exchanged for bonuses depending on loyalty tier. At least five hundred points are required to redeem a ten euro bonus. 3. No deposit bonuses and no deposit free spin offers are subject to special limits. For players who have not yet made a deposit, any winnings from no deposit bonuses are capped at a maximum of two hundred euros or equivalent. For cryptocurrencies, the cap is applied based on the prevailing exchange rate to US dollars at the time of withdrawal. For players who have already made a deposit, winnings from no deposit free spins are capped at three hundred euros or equivalent. Any winnings above these limits may be forfeited.
4. The Casino reserves the right to modify or supplement these terms at its discretion. Amendments may be applied to address compliance requirements, adjust promotional structures, or clarify existing provisions. Continued use of promotional offers following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
